Mark’s practice focuses on public and private mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and management buyouts, particularly in the financial services/fin-tech, life sciences and healthcare, technology, media and entertainment, real estate and hospitality, manufacturing, industrials, and consumer and retail industries.
Mark has extensive fund formation experience, representing both GPs and LPs. He represents issuers and investors in public and private debt and equity capital markets transactions, as well as advises boards of directors and management teams.
