• Acting as the local partner, SAM’s value adds encompasses: securing approximately 10 to 50 hectares of suitable land zoned for data centers, addressing energy requirements (both multiple sources of conventional and renewable), ensuring efficient cooling systems, water supply, carrier neutrality, and obtaining relevant licenses for data center construction and operation.

Domestic Customer Acquisition Support:

• SAM assists incoming international data center providers and hyperscalers in acquiring domestic enterprise customers in key industries including financial services, retail, real estate, healthcare, education, and airlines.

• As a long-term equity investor in Vietnam, SAM has gained access to C-level executives of these industries through our extensive track record of investments in over 15 years in Vietnam.
