VEH & VPH Admitted to Stuttgart Stock Exchange Press Release

VEH 2nd April, 2013

(Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam) On April 2nd, 2013, Saigon Asset Management received confirmation from the Baden-Württembergische Wertpapierbörse GmbH (the administering body of the Stuttgart Stock Exchange) that shares of Vietnam Equity Holding (VEH) and Vietnam Property Holding (VPH) would be admitted to trading on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange starting on April 3rd, 2013.

Orders can be placed through your bank to the Stuttgart Stock Exchange. The trading hours on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange are 8:00am – 10:00pm CET. The specialized market makers for emerging market funds  listed on the website of Saigon Asset Management will continue to make an over-the-counter market. Clearing and settlement of the trades will continue to occur through Euroclear and/or Clearstream.

The shares of VEH and VPH will be traded and prices can be viewed under the following codes (the codes have not changed)

Shares of Vietnam Equity Holding and Vietnam Property Holding were previously listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE) until the closing of the “First Quotation Board” by the FSE on December 14, 2012; shareholders were notified in a letter from the Board of Directors on December 11, 2012.
